Our Simple Math
- Total referral fee is 30%
- PAR Referrals, Inc. gets 5%
- Referral Associate gets paid 25%

(most other companies start at 25% and deduct 12% to 33% of your commission)

Very Important:
- Our referral form stipulates the fee to be paid to the referring broker (us) is based off the gross commission earned on the transaction side being referred.
- Our Referral fee agreement stipulates that any credits or rebates to the buyer must be deducted from the gross commission in which the fee is calculated. (or no agent would take your referral again)
- We pay you within 2 business days of funds clearing our bank
- You must be licenced In the State of Florida in good standing to join us.
